What does the iContact integration do?

The iContact integration allows you to connect your XAI instance to your iContact account in order to automatically share and update data between both accounts and centralize your iContact data in your XAI instance.

How do I setup the iContact integration?

Contact your Customer Success Representative to open up your advanced settings panel, where you'll be able to add your iContact account using your iContact API Key. You'll also be able to specify which fields you want automatically updated, and whether the updates should be bi-directional, XAI to iContact, or iContact to XAI.

Support for the iContact integration

The Xperx team will happily assist you with connecting to your iContact account. However, any configurations required on the iContact side will be your responsibility.
